Who is this programme suitable for?
The training is suitable for all ages, from 3 to 100 years old!
Whether you are a parent looking for a way to get yourself and your children more active, or someone who has already done some Martial Arts training, this programme has something for everyone.
The training is progressive so that you can start right from the beginning, or dip in and out for specific skills.
The programme is totally flexible and will inspire you to get fitter, feel better and enjoy learning new skills and ways of moving.

Lichfield Tae Kwon-Do Club was established on the 9th March 1993 by Richard Buttery. Since it’s beginning the clubs students have won countless Medals and Trophies in Local, National and International competitions. In 2003 at the British Championships the club became No1 in the country.
Club Instructor Richard started his Martial Arts journey with Shotokan Karate back in 1979. He started his Tae Kwon Do journey in 1984 with his first Instructor Ray Smeathers, Ray became Patterns World Champion at the first World Championships in 1988. Ray left Tae Kwon Do to work abroad and Richard went on to train with 1991 World Sparring Champion Nigel Banks. Richard has also been helped along the way by Ralph Minnot, Mike Jones, Paul Walker and his current Instructor Master Paul Donnelly. Richard currently trains with UFC Veteran Paul Taylor at his Kaobon MMA Gym in Cannock.
Richard’s Open titles include many Midland, English, Welsh, Scottish, Irish, British, BTC, European, World Cup and World Championships. He has competed in Karate, Tae Kwon-Do, Freestyle Kickboxing winning Golds at Bytomic Open, Supersport Open, Cimac Superlague, Cimac World Cup, British All Styles, Judgement Day and FSK.
